Team India's decision to rest Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma seems to have backfired as India lost to West Indies in the 2nd match of the three-match series.

Notably, this is the first time in six years that West Indies have beaten India on their soil.

India were bundled out at 181 in 40.5 overs with Gudakesh Motie and Romario Shepherd picking up three wickets each. Chasing a low total of 182 runs, the West Indies easily chased the target levelling the series 1-1.
